Generali has changed its management structure in a leadership reshuffle. The insurer’s Austria chief, identified by the surname Pilgram, has been promoted within the executive hierarchy. The company did not provide his first name or describe the full scope of the new position. Giulio Terzariol, the group’s general director, has also been given additional responsibilities. His expanded remit forms part of the same reorganization, which changes how authority is shared between the group office and national operations. The company did not explain the reasoning behind the moves or say when they take effect.
