Peter Due, the UN special representative and head of UNMIK, said the European Union’s concern about changes to the Law on the Special Court has grown. He criticized the Kosovo Police for failing to share information during the relevant inquiries. The lack of cooperation, in his view, makes accountability harder and risks leaving key facts unresolved. His comments put pressure on the authorities to provide clearer information and ensure that the investigations meet basic standards of justice.
