The OIJ is targeting an individual known as Macho Sagrada. He is suspected of being the successor to Alejandro Arias, who used the alias Diablo. Arias was captured after spending nearly a decade as a fugitive. His arrest triggered a struggle for control over his criminal organization. This group is linked to at least 200 homicides. There are also allegations that the organization had support networks within public institutions.
