Colombian officials have laid out plans to speed up reconstruction in Cali after the earthquake. Abelardo De La Espriella announced measures with housing and employment actions at the center. The government has identified 864 homes already built, along with 24 properties held by the SAE, the state asset agency, that can be made available to affected families.
