Police in Vlorë completed an operation called Order to solve the intentional burning of a vehicle. The incident happened about a month ago in the 1 Maji neighborhood. Two people were arrested, suspected of being the person who ordered the act and the person who started the fire. Police reports state the event occurred on September 22, 2026, around 01:20.
