Two extreme security vulnerabilities in the PHP programming language, identified as CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619, have caused significant concern online since Wednesday. Operators are warned that they must do more than just apply updates to secure their systems. So far, no successful attacks have been reported in Austria.
