The Specialized Criminal Court rejected the indictment against former state secretary of the Ministry of Justice Monika Jankovská. This decision relates to the known Búrka case. Defense attorney Peter Erdös confirmed the rejection of the charges. The prosecution has filed a complaint against this court ruling. The Supreme Court of the Slovak Republic will now decide on the matter.
Špecializovaný trestný súd (ŠTS) odmietol obžalobu podanú na bývalú štátnu tajomníčku rezortu spravodlivosti Moniku Jankovskú. O sťažnosti prokuratúry proti tomuto uzneseniu rozhodne Najvyšší súd SR, potvrdil odmietnutie obžaloby obhajca obvinenej Peter Erdös.
