The first tanker carrying Russian oil is heading to the United States. The vessel, sailing under a Maltese flag, is expected to arrive in New York on November 7. It departed from the Baltic port of Primorsk on October 22. The shipment consists of 40,000 tons of very low sulfur diesel.
