Full story
The Paniamor Foundation, the Association of Obstetrics and Gynecology of Costa Rica, and the Costa Rican Association of Pediatrics are appealing to the Legislative Assembly. They want to ensure that emergency contraception remains available. These groups oppose the imposition of unnecessary requirements. Specifically, they argue against requiring a pregnancy test before a prescription is issued. They believe the state must not create obstacles to this access.
