The French vessel Abeille Marengo, owned by Nexans, is expected to arrive in Heraklion on Tuesday. This ship is part of an effort to resume research for a cable connecting Greece and Cyprus. Underwater surveys are planned between Crete and Cyprus. A Greek NAVTEX is expected in early November to coordinate the work, which previously stopped near Kasos.
