Shqipëria nis ndërtimin e katër hidrocentraleve në Cijevna pranë kufirit me Malin e Zi, pa e njoftuar Podgoricën
Full story
Albania has started building four hydroelectric plants on the Cijevna river near the border with Montenegro. The first plant is ready for concrete pouring in the village of Vukël. Four more facilities are planned for the lower course of the river. Activists took the matter to court on October 19. Montenegrin institutions state they are monitoring the transboundary effects.
