Soja Visec: habilitan una modalidad para negociar el “premio” sobre la soja tradicional
A3 Mercados is giving soybean traders a new tool starting Monday. The exchange announced a new delivery condition on its dollar-settled soybean futures contract, under the name Soja Visec. The point of the instrument is to let market participants negotiate on the exchange the 'premium' paid above the price of conventional soybean. Until now, that gap was mostly worked out in bilateral deals away from public pricing. A standardized condition puts a visible price on the premium and lets hedgers lock it in alongside their futures positions. Settlement in dollars matters as well, because grain export income arrives in foreign currency while local costs do not. The exchange expects the tool to make pricing of the physical oilseed market cleaner and less dependent on guesswork. How much volume the new condition attracts in its first weeks will show whether traders actually take to it.
Desde el lunes, A3 Mercados contará con una nueva condición de entrega del contrato de futuros de soja en dólares, que se llamará Soja Visec
