Project management has proposed extending seven construction packages for the Tuyen Quang - Ha Giang expressway. The original deadline was October 30, but the new request extends it to the end of 2026. This request follows prolonged rain and issues with land clearance. Fluctuating fuel prices also contributed to the delay.
