A cool day is on the way for Viedma, the capital of Río Negro province in Argentine Patagonia. The national weather service SMN projects temperatures between about 8 and 12 degrees Celsius for Saturday, October 24, 2026. For late October in this part of the country, that range sits well below what the season normally produces. The extended forecast also describes how the sky will behave over the course of the day. Rain probabilities are included, giving residents a window to plan errands and outdoor work. With readings staying in single digits at the low end, a warm jacket will be in order for anyone heading out.
