Norsk skip reddet overlevende etter angrep i Svartehavet
Crew members of a Norwegian ship have rescued survivors from a civilian cargo vessel that sank in the Black Sea. The shipping company Høyland Offshore, which operates the vessel, confirmed the rescue in a statement. According to the firm, the sunken ship went down off the coast of Romania on Friday after an attack. The Norwegian crew brought the surviving seafarers aboard their own ship after reaching the area. The company did not say how many people were pulled from the water or describe their condition. Attacks on civilian shipping have become a recurring danger in the Black Sea since Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine. Questions about the cargo ship's flag, crew and cargo remained unanswered in the initial report.
