ОПГ из работников СпецЦОНа и посредников помогала незаконно получать права в Астане
An organized criminal group that arranged illegal driving licenses has been taken apart in Astana. The operation combined employees of the specialized public service center with outside intermediaries who handled contacts on the street. Working together, they pushed applicants through the licensing system without the required tests or checks. As a result of the investigation, the rights of 74 fake drivers have been terminated, meaning their licenses no longer stand. Those people can no longer legally operate vehicles on Kazakh roads. The case points to how insider access inside government offices can turn into a quiet trade. Whether formal charges will follow for the staff involved has not been spelled out in the initial report.
Действия прав 74 лжеводителей прекращены.
