A new book titled 'Time of People and Timing of the State' by Dr. Abdel Rafie Hamdi has been published. It was released by a Moroccan foundation for studies, research, publishing and cultural services, with an introduction by researcher Ayyad Ablal and a cover painting by artist Nadia Al-Azraq. The book is 250 pages and contains 70 articles across five chapters. It addresses a wide range of issues, including social memory and rights.
