During that window the bureau cannot carry out exchange transactions at its counters. Customers in the capital who normally use the booth will need to turn to other licensed exchange points in the meantime. The five-day pause gives regulators room to review the operator's activities before the license can resume. Whether business restarts on schedule remains to be seen.
