A sales ad on Finnish auction site Huutokaupat.com has sent buyers into a frenzy, and the vehicle behind it is anything but ordinary. The car is a Lada painted a shade the seller calls 'democrat red'. It also carries a special name: the Lindtman Edition. The listing adds a cheeky detail, noting that the steering 'leans toward the left'. According to the ad, the car runs on genuine special registration plates. The wordplay leans on Finnish politics, since 'demari' is the everyday term for a Social Democrat. Buyers clearly enjoyed the joke, because the ad drove the audience wild.
