Second JP backs claim Ruddock was not forced to give statement
A justice of the peace testified on Friday that Andre Ruddock gave a police statement voluntarily. In that statement, Ruddock allegedly confessed to cutting the throat of Taneka Gardner. This witness supported previous testimony that the statement was given without force, threats, or harm. No inducements were offered to the suspect during the process. The statement was recorded on October 18, 2021. This occurred one day after Gardner was killed in an alleged sacrificial ritual at a ministry in St James.
