Sudanese army aircraft struck at dawn on Friday a headquarters belonging to the Rapid Support militia's systems and information unit in the Al-Rahman neighborhood of Nyala, completely destroying it. The army also thwarted a new attack in Blue Nile, while a drone bombed a power station. Darfur affairs writer and activist Ayman Sharara, quoting journalist Mohamed Attaf's page, referred to the strike.
