In Myagdi, livestock sheds have started moving down from high mountain areas to lower settlements. As autumn begins and the cold increases, cows, buffaloes, sheep and goats that had been taken to the Himalayan foothills during the rainy season are being brought to pastures near villages. The animals are being moved to areas where nutritious grass is available.
