Kuwait's Minister of Health, Dr. Ahmed Al-Awadhi, said on Saturday that investing in national talent and developing and empowering it scientifically and professionally is a fundamental pillar and priority. He said this is key to developing the healthcare system and achieving sustainable improvement in medical services in Kuwait. He made the remarks in a speech during an opening event.
