Kuwait’s criminal security sector, represented by the General Department of Criminal Investigations, arrested three people who sold and delivered electronic cigarettes to school students. The devices were hidden inside food items in order to mislead parents and make it easier for the products to reach the children. The Interior Ministry said the activity violated the law prohibiting the sale of cigarettes to youth under the age set by law.
