Ukraine has lost about $6 billion over three months of inactivity at the ports of Greater Odesa. Commercial merchant ships are continuing to boycott the ports of Odesa, Chornomorsk and Yuzhne. Only vessels linked to the Ukrainian Armed Forces enter those ports.
