The US State Department has placed 11 African countries, including Chad, at the highest level of its travel warnings. It cited security and health risks and said the warnings are recommendations, not a ban.
أدرجت وزارة الخارجية الأمريكية 11 دولة أفريقية، منها تشاد، في أعلى مستوى لتحذيرات السفر بسبب مخاطر أمنية وصحية، مؤكدة أنها توصيات وليست حظرا.
