Brazilian President Lula da Silva, 81, has bought a smartphone for the first time. He had avoided using a personal mobile phone because of concern that conversations could be recorded or leaked. Until now, he used other people's phones when he needed one. According to the report, he is learning to take selfies and use Instagram ahead of an election.
