Andreas Rettig of the DFB has called for severe penalties for Manchester City following a massive financial fraud scandal. He suggested that the Uefa should take strong action, including the removal of the club's license and the stripping of all titles. Rettig also used the occasion to praise the 50+1 ownership model.
