Indonesian police and the National Narcotics Board stopped a smuggling attempt of ketamine from Malaysia to Indonesia. The shipment contained 1.1 tons of the drug. Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, the Deputy Speaker of the House of Representatives, expressed concern over the large quantity of narcotics being smuggled into the country.
