Father charged with murdering six-year-old son, remanded to prison
Bharrat Jaikarran appeared in court on Friday charged with the murder of his six-year-old son, Orlando Jaikarran. The court appearance occurred on the same day the child was buried. Jaikarran, who works as a cane harvester, appeared before Magistrate Shareefah Parks at the Weldaad Magistrate’s Court.
