Tomoviq: Këshilli nuk mund ta rishkruajë vetë sistematizimin e vendeve të punës në ASK

Mladen Tomoviq, a member of the Council of the Agency for the Prevention of Corruption, requested the annulment of two previous conclusions. These conclusions concerned a proposed systematization of job positions. Tomoviq warned that the Council must not assume the powers of the director. He believes the Council cannot rewrite the job systematization itself.
Anëtari i Këshillit të Agjencisë për Parandalimin e Korrupsionit, Mladen Tomoviq, kërkoi shfuqizimin e dy përfundimeve të mëparshme për sistematizimin e propozuar të vendeve të punës, duke paralajmëruar se Këshilli nuk duhet të marrë kompetencat e drejtoreshës.
