A swimming pool built for billions in Kiruna is facing a staffing shortage. Because of the lack of personnel, swimming lessons for primary school students are canceled for the rest of the term. Tomas Kyrö, the head of basic education in the city, stated that they are reviewing their organization. The goal is to restart the lessons as soon as possible.
I Kiruna byggdes ett badhus i miljardklassen. Men personal saknas. Nu ställs lågstadieelevernas simundervisning in terminen ut. – Vi ser över hur vi kan organisera om oss. Vi vill kunna starta simundervisningen så fort som möjligt, säger Tomas Kyrö, verksamhetschef för grundskolan i Kiruna.
