Over 100,000 people marched in Paris and other locations to protest against Macron. The demonstrations included students, the CGT, and the Yellow Vests protesting the high cost of living. Authorities detained 135 people due to riots. Because of a terrorist attack on Friday, the original march route in the capital was changed. Around 70,000 police and gendarmes were deployed across the country for the event.
