An Associate of IMANI Centre for Policy and Education (CPE), Kay Cudjoe, has cautioned against drawing conclusions of overpricing based solely on comparisons between the reported cost of chartering aircraft for the evacuation of Ghanaians from South Africa and alternative charter prices.
