Four members of the REM Council state that a session on October 23 did not take place due to a lack of quorum. These members include Dubravka Valić Nedeljković, Ira Prodanov Krajišnik, Mileva Malešić, and Rodoljub Šabić. They are calling for the withdrawal of a notice published in the name of the regulator. The notice suggested that N1 and Nova S violated electoral silence. The Media Freedom Coalition is requesting a prosecution investigation into the matter.
