Clashes broke out between demonstrators and police in the center of Tirana. Protesters threw stones and Molotov cocktails at the police. Security forces responded by using large amounts of tear gas. Demonstrators set fire to the entrance doors of the Ministry of Environment. More than 300 people were injured in the escalation.
Sukobi demonstranata i policije izbili su danas u centru Tirane, gde su okupljeni gađali policiju kamenicama i Molotovljevim koktelima, dok su snage bezbednosti upotrebile velike količine suzavca, a demonstranti su zapalili ulazna vrata Ministarstva životne sredine, javljaju albanski mediji.
