A 40-year-old Slovak man faces 120 days in prison after a routine check at the German-Austrian border. Police discovered he had not paid a 6,000 euro fine since 2022. The penalty was issued for driving under the influence of alcohol. Because he did not have the money during the police stop, he will be incarcerated.
Rutinná kontrola na nemecko-rakúskej hranici sa pre 40-ročného Slováka skončila cestou do väzenia. Policajti zistili, že od roku 2022 nezaplatil peňažný trest 6 000 eur za jazdu pod vplyvom alkoholu. Keďže peniaze nemal ani pri kontrole, čaká ho 120 dní za mrežami.
