The Sudanese Standards and Metrology Authority announced it has begun an investigation into circulating information about the safety of a lentil product, after questions were raised about the product’s quality. In a statement posted on its Facebook page, the authority said no official complaints or reports had reached it concerning the lentil product. The authority also announced its triumphant return to the capital.
