Tėčiai ir vaiko priežiūros atostogos: kodėl Lietuvoje tuo vangiai naudojamasi?
A proposal has been made in the Seimas to change the rules for non-transferable childcare leave. Darius Razmislevicius noted that very few fathers use the two-month period to care for their children and receive payments. This results in families losing part of the total paid leave because these months cannot be transferred to the mother. The Minister of Social Security and Labour hopes that increasing payments will encourage more fathers to use this leave.
Seime – siūlymas keisti neperleidžiamų vaiko priežiūros atostogų tvarką. Socialdemokratas Darius Razmislevičius teigia, kad itin mažai tėčių naudojasi galimybe prižiūrėti vaiką du mėnesius ir gauti už tai išmoką, o dėl to nukenčia šeimos, nes šių mėnesių perleisti vaiko mamai negalima, taigi sutrumpėja bendras apmokamas vaiko priežiūros laikotarpis. Socialinės apsaugos ir darbo ministrė tikisi, kad tėčius paskatins naudotis neperleidžiamais mėnesiais, kai išmokos bus didesnės.
