The perception of insecurity has fallen in Ecatepec, according to a survey carried out by Inegi. The findings come from the ENSU for the third quarter of 2026. Mayor Azucena Cisneros reacted to the results by saying the municipality is "on the right track". She announced that action will be intensified in benefit of citizens. Cisneros made the comments while responding to the quarterly survey results.
