Izolace, dohled na každém kroku. Západní diplomaté popisují rostoucí tíseň v Moskvě
Western diplomats in Moscow describe a growing sense of isolation following the start of the war in Ukraine. Many officials from the US and Europe have been expelled, leaving those who remain feeling unwelcome. Five diplomats report that they are under constant surveillance and feel trapped. They compare the current atmosphere in the city to the era of the Cold War. The West continues to struggle with how much to engage with the Russian government.
