Today marks the final day of Bada Dashain, the Durga Paksha festival celebrated grandly in Nepal. People are worshipping Goddess Mahalaxmi, the deity of wealth, grains and prosperity, and observing a night vigil. The day is Kojagrat Purnima, which falls on Ashwin Shukla Purnima and is being observed this evening as the festival concludes.
