The Inspector General of Police has ordered the Criminal Investigation Department to investigate a death in custody. The deceased was a 42-year-old man named Noorizwan Zulkefly. He died while being held at the Cheras District Police Headquarters on October 1.
PUTRAJAYA: Ketua Polis Negara, Tan Sri Mohd Khalid Ismail mengarahkan Jabatan Siasatan Jenayah (JSJ) meneliti dan menyiasat kematian Noorizwan Zulkefly, 42, ketika dalam tahanan Ibu Pejabat Polis Daerah (IPD) Cheras, 1 Oktober lalu.
