PNCD 2026-2030 : la Jeunesse gabonaise honorée pour sa contribution à l'élaboration du Plan National de Croissance et de Développement.
The Ministry of Planning and Prospective, operating through the General Commissariat to the Plan, presented a copy of the 2026‑2030 National Plan of Growth and Development to Emmanuel Obakamba Ombana. Ombana holds the position of General Coordinator of the National Forum of Youth Organizations of Gabon. The ministry’s gesture acknowledges the role played by Gabonese youth in drafting the strategic document. The award highlights the youth’s involvement in the planning process. The plan itself outlines the country’s development goals for the coming five years.
