A new drug known as rhino tranq is appearing as a zombie drug. It involves medetomidine, a sedative intended for animals. This substance is being mixed with fentanyl or heroin. This practice follows a similar pattern previously seen with xilacine. The drug is reported to be more potent than fentanyl in the United States.
