التعاضد الصحي يتعثر بمستشفيات الشمال
A year and a month have passed since the territorial health group was launched in the Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima region. So far, the project has not led to the actual pooling of means and resources among hospital institutions in the north. Such pooling would allow better use of available capacity and help address shortages at some health facilities. The limits of this solidarity have become apparent.
