Around 410,000 people marched on Saturday to protest the high cost of living, according to the Ministry of the Interior. The CGT reported a higher turnout of 800,000 participants. This second day of mobilization was less chaotic than the events on October 17. However, clashes occurred at the end of the procession. These confrontations led to nearly 1,000 arrests.
Moins nombreux que le 17 octobre, les manifestants ont tout de même été 410 000 à défiler samedi selon le ministère de l'Intérieur, et 800 000 selon la CGT, pour cette deuxième grande journée de mobilisation contre la vie chère. Des heurts en fin de cortège ont donné lieu à près de 1 000 interpellations.
