The president of the CIP understands the protests regarding the housing crisis. He stated that solutions cannot be provided as if they were a wish list. He suggests making land laws more flexible and using modular construction. He also recommends less legislative interpretation from the tax authorities. He believes that landlords are not sufficiently protected.
O presidente da CIP compreende os protestos a pedir medidas para resolver a crise na habitação, mas diz que a questão não se resolve “como se fosse uma lista do Pai Natal”. Defende a flexibilização da lei dos solos, construção modular e menos interpretação legislativa do Fisco. E entende que os senhorios não estão “suficientemente protegidos”.
