CactOS 2.0.0 is the last x86_32 release of the hybrid monolithic kernel for i686, written in C and Rust. The release reduces the ABI from 95 syscalls to 15 and signs modules with ECDSA P-256 plus a vermagic fingerprint. The VFS was rewritten in Rust, and an energy governor for SMP with per-core runqueues was added. Suspend was removed because resume was unreliable, and the x86_32 repository will be archived after the v2.0.0 tag.
