Maria Delacruz, a 33-year-old New York police officer, has filed a lawsuit against her superior for sexual harassment. She alleges that her captain repeatedly harassed her after she refused to become his mistress. The accusations include indecent comments about her body. She also claims the captain attempted to kiss her by force and sent her pornographic messages.
